I always wanted to take my parents to Kashmir and I recently fulfilled my dream. On a 6N / 7D trip with my family, I collected lifelong memories. Let's hear how my journey went. My family had been planning to go to Kashmir for 4 years but due to some other reasons, it was not possible. I would only suggest Gulmarg, as it will snow in Pahalgam in January. Most sites (Aru, Chandanwadi, Betaab Valley, etc.) will be accessible. Therefore, it is better to enjoy snow activities in Gulmarg.

The beautiful grasses of Gulmarg, which are usually lush in early May and early May, are covered in white snow during the snowfall in Kashmir. The best time to visit Gulmarg for snowfall is after winter.

If you like water activities, Sonmarg gives you the opportunity to enjoy white water rafting. To enjoy the true natural beauty of Kashmir, tourists can explore places like Nilagrad, Kheer Bhawani Temple, Nichnai Pass, Vishansar Lake, Zoji-La Pass, Gadsar Lake, Baltal Valley etc. from Sangramg.

Overall, our trip to Kashmir with Tripbibo was amazing. We had a trained guide who made the journey smoother and more informative. We made new friends with whom we are still in touch through social media. However, summer is said to be the best time to visit Kashmir. I personally feel this is the beginning of winter when you can experience the charming beauty of this amazing mountain station.
